WEll first off you have no order of rxn or K, so you can't really use this method as you Can't use Initial rate law to find the orders. You can't use graphical approach to find it either (not enough data) So i would use integrated rate law.

sorry I didnt answer :( I didnt have access to internet. Youre using differential rate law ( the one you mentionned above) so what happens is that instead of differentiating you integrate it :P so I learned up to the second order. Zero order is : concentration of a = -kt + A "knot"
