H5P1 ZERO-OFFSET AMPLIFIER In many amplifiers, we use dual power supplies so we can obtain a 0V offset at the output, that is, the DC operating point at the output is 0V. An example amplifier circuit that can achieve this is shown below. In this circuit, VS+=1.0V, VS−=−1.0V, and the MOSFET parameters are K=1 mAV2 and VT=0.5V. what formulas do i need
VS+=1.0V, VS−=−1.0V, and the MOSFET parameters are K=1 mAV2 and VT=0.5V. .. are these ur values ??
minimum Vin=-0.5 RL = 8000 ohms !!
im still fighting for the third one .. ;)
i cant find the right equation we need to workout the vin mofset remains haha
As VIN is increased, the output voltage VOUT decreases and the MOSFET goes out of saturation. For the value or RL found above, what is the maximum input voltage VIN in volts such that the MOSFET will remain in the saturation region?
8000 ohms
correct and thank you for showing your workings so i can see where iv been going wrong
Ok, another one, what is the maximum input voltage Vin in the saturation region for R=8k? Please!
.093
Thank you sir!
how did you solve that Coolamigo?
Hit Tran and solve as (3.148-1.187)/(1.1-.900049)
