i think you forgot the NO3- part cause there is also Cu(NO3)2 which is formed...

Well, it is NOT balanced, that's the problem. There are 3 nitrogen atoms on the left and 2 on the right. To balance these redox reactions, you need to write down half-equations first. You need a method, either using oxidatin numbers or balacing atoms in a sequence Main-oxygen-hydrogen-charges
