How can I tell which molecule has stronger hydrogen bonding and dipole-dipole forces when both are hydrocarbons and have just one O-H bond each? (Acetone vs. 2-propanol)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

correction, acetone does not have a O-H bond |dw:1350276587468:dw| thus making 2-propanol which has hydrogen bonding stronger

I know, I wrote the wrong hydrocarbon, it wasn't supposed to be acetone. I've got it figured out now, thanks for the input though!
