again, slope = rise/run on a run of 6 (x=0 to x=6), there is a rise of +4 (from -4 to 0). So the slope is 4/6 = 2/3. Another way to think about slope is this equation: \[m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\] this is just a rearrangement of rise over run, because rise is change in y (y2-y1) and run is change in x (x2-x1). Find two points on the line: (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) and just plug it into the equation.
