No. Firstly, I assume you mean He+, as He2+ has no electrons, so you will not get any emission lines! The energy levels in an atom result from the interaction between the electron and the nucleus (easy with hydrogen, murderously hard with multiple electrons/protons). Sooo, as each of the ions you list has a different number of protons, they can't have the same energy levels, and therefore must have different energies for the n =>2 to n = 1 transition.
