start by taking any polynomial of degree 2 that you like, say \(x^2+x+1\) then multiply it by \(x+2\) then subtract 4 from the result
you will get \[(x+2)(x^2+x+1)-4\] which pretty clearly has a remainder of \(-4\) when you divide by \(x+2\)
Thanks!
