Find a 2nd order equation such that c1e3t + c2e−t is its general solution.by Deriving

since it involves two arbitarary constant so u hav e to differentiate it twice now y=c1e3t + c2e−t differentiating we have y'=3c1e3t - c2e−t again differentiating we have y''=9c1e3t +c2e−t thus eliminating c1 and c2 we have y'' - 2y'-3y=0
