Property taxes average 2.4% of the assessed value The state tax rate is 1% higher than in Pennsylvania and it applies to food and clothing. Marylands state income tax rate is 1.5% higher than Pennsylvania's. You estimate that your annual purchase are approximately $18,000 with an additional $6,000 in food and clothing. Somebody please help me with this it is due today and i'm lost!
