how does pressure and temperature alter diffusion rates

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Temperture is quite esay just look at this equation: \[\prod_{}^{}= R*T*(\frac{ \sum_{}^{}n }{ V })\] you can see that if the T is high the diffusion is low, and if T is low the diffusion is low. About pressure: the higher the pressure, the more easily a chemical diffuses. it lies in the equation above but you need to rewrite it a bit.

thank you :)

OpenStudy (hba):

So @Frostbite has already answered your ques.

OpenStudy (frostbite):

wow wait a sec sorry: said something wrong if T is high the diffusion is high :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes but i asked you another question :) @hba

OpenStudy (hba):

@smelvin12 Just talk to me in the message box.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Frostbite hahaha lol ya i thought somethng didnt sound right lol thanx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@hba okay

OpenStudy (frostbite):
