1.Which of the elements are most likely to react and form a compound? 2.What type of compound are they likely to form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats chemistry.. put it in chem section!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anyways.. li and F would react.. cause they would obtain octet!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya i guess but im in physical science and we are doing this. i dont get any of it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they would form the compound octet?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have two question up there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no no .. i meant.. they would react cause.. compounds are formed to obtain octet structure.. so li would lose its electron and fluorine would gain the electron! so its lithium floride

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so for the first questin i say f and li. and for the second question i put they would make lithium floride

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think so!1.. that would be one of the solutions!!.. i dunno about the other ones :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the compound lithium floride

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes it is!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how does this sound? the most likey to react would be F and Li. the type of compound is lithium fluoride. the reason for this i think is they would react cause.. compounds are formed to obtain octet structure.. so li would lose its electron and fluorine would gain the electron! so its lithium floride. i think that how it works im not too sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does that sound ok what i said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol.. thats exactly what i said :D!!..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kinda some what

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oki.. !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank u for helping me :) im really bad at science. can u help me with a few more sicens ones?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not all that great in chem.. but physics HELL yea :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um idk what it is lol ill send u a link ok. but im in a phyiscal sience class but we are doing this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oki!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did u get it? i should be in ur messages. its the top question at the list

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

waot i didnt get any :/
