maybe this will help. Idk but ummm... saturation is when the solution has dissolved as much solute as it possibly could at a given temperature. Unsaturated is when the solutions are not yet saturated, it can dissolve more solute. Supersaturated is when the solution have more dissolved in it that it can hold at a given temperature. Based on the given info i would go with unsaturated..

You'd need a solubility curve to definitively answer this question, but @BreTyler 's explanation is solid
