FORCED OSCILLLATION QUIZ.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The solution for Forced Harmonic motion is given by: \[Q = Q_{1}e^{\left( -(R/2L)+\sqrt{(R/2L)^{2} - \omega_{o}^{2}} \right)t} + Q_{2}e^{\left( -(R/2L) - \sqrt{(R/2L)^{2}-\omega_{o}^{2}} \right)t} \] If \(Q = A \cos \theta \) and \(\frac{ dQ }{ dt } \approx -\omega A \sin \theta t\) at t =0, also known that \(R/L \approx 0 \) and \(\theta \approx \pi/2\) Find the value of Q1 and Q2! Hbu???

@Algebraic!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got Q1=Q2 = 1/2 A cos theta.,

OpenStudy (ghazi):

seems correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how to draw a graph Q vs t with quantitative data??

OpenStudy (ghazi):

yess its correct and to draw graph you can either draw on graph paper with neumerical value or you can use logarithmic graph paper

OpenStudy (anonymous):

very nice, thank u., ok i'll try..,

OpenStudy (ghazi):

:) :)
