IMO this seems to vague to draw any conclusions. "Tell whether the free-energy changes, , for the process below are likely to be positive, negative, or zero. The eroding of a mountain by a glacier." (Gibbs Free Energy is negative, but how am I supposed to arrive at this answer?)

Free energy will decrease in all spontaneous processes. In order to increase free energy, you will need an input of work, that you have to pay for!
