A sample contains 6.444 grams of boron and 1.803 grams of hydrogen. What is the empirical formula of the compound?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We know how much a mole of hydrogen atoms is: 1g, whereas boron has an atomic wieght of 10.8g. Dividing 6.444 by 10.8 gives 0.6, whereas there seems to be 1.8 moles of hydrogen. You can probably round off the numbers to give an answer in terms of BH(n) where n is an integer. I can check back on your answer if youlike, best wishes,
