can someone help me with an equilibrium expression

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[for the reaction H20 - cl2 \rightarrow \leftarrow 2HCL K _{c} = 2.13 x10^{29} at \hat temperature of 341K. What is K _{p} at this temperature?\]

OpenStudy (aaronq):

Kp=Kc(RT)^delta(n) n=coefficient on products-coefficients of reactants

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would the coefficient for the reactances be 2?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

according to the reaction you wrote: 1H2O + 1CL2 <-> 2HCL 2-(1+1)=0 so (RT)^0=1, so Kp=Kc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea, thank you

OpenStudy (aaronq):

no problem
