Alright for Ao2, there are 16 moles of CO2 forming for every 2 moles of C8H18 reacting. So there's 8 times more CO2 than C8H18. So the answer is 3.5*8. For a23, you have the same problem. There is 9 times more H2O forming than C8H18 reacting (18/2). So there should be a 9 in front of the H2O. The rest is fine.

Thanks. The picture for Ao2 is out of date, I fixed that problem. The equation says that there's 2C8H18 and 18H2O. Shouldn't that be the proper ratio?

Yes, that's the better way of doing it, you're right. It would give the same answer though of course.
