Please help! Radical Functions, how would I solve this equation?

isolate the cuberoot, then cube both side of the equation, then the cube root will goes away, then u can solve for x easily

never mind, it was fifth root, so subtract 3 on both side, u will have 3 times fifth root (x+2)^3, so you will have 3 times fifth root (x+3)^3=24

then raise both side of the equation to the fifth power to cancel out the fifth root

Sorry had to step away for a bit. I understand it so far and I got up to 3 5^sqrt(x+2)^3=24 but how would I raise 5^sqrt(x+2)^3 to the 5th power?

\[3\sqrt[5]{(x+3)^3}=24\] \[\sqrt[5]{(x+3)^3}=8\] \[(x+3)^{3}=8^5\] \[\sqrt[3]{(x+3)^3}=\sqrt[3]{8^5}\] \[x+3=\sqrt[3]{8^5}\] now u can finish the rest
