Yep, you got it. It's polar because one end is a different charge than the other. For instance, oxygen (O2) is nonpolar because it is equally charged on both ends.

What would the bond angles be? 180 degrees?

I would have to say there are no bond angles since there are no angles. You might say 180 degrees simply because it's straight though, although normally I'd say something that looks more like this has 180 degree bond angle.|dw:1355891334505:dw|
