The trick to solving this problem is to rearrange the polyatomic anions, such that their charges cancel out. We know, \[Ba^{2+}\] \[PO_4^{3-}\] \[Na^{+}\] \[ClO_3^{-1}\] There should just be a simply rearrangement of cations and anions in such a way that it renders a neutral species. Hence, Ba(ClO3)2 + Na3PO4-> NaClO3 + Ba3(PO4)2 You will need to balance this equation of course, I usually just count the number of atoms on one side and count the number of atoms on the other side and just try to even them out by multiplying the number of ionic compounds on the left or right.
