OpenStudy (mhunter):

What is the value of work done on an object when a 10-newton force moves it 30 meters and the angle between the force and the displacement is 25°?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use F=ma

OpenStudy (espex):

You would be better served to use W=F_x * d, where F_x is the portion of F applied in the direction of displacement.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The formula for the sum is - F * X cos(25) ............ (X-displacement)

thank you all for your help
