Do you need Molar mass to solve a volume-volume stoichiometric calculation?

Not in the gas phase, if you can assume ideal behaviour. That is Avogadro's Law (= equal volume of gases, regardless of identity, imply equal moles of gases). Otherwise, you'd need not only molar mass but density or concentration.
