The pH scale is Logarithmic, I wanna make sure I have a right ansswers for these questions How much stronger is pH 12 than pH 9? is it negative 1000x or positive 1000x What about pH1 than pH 5 - 10000 or + 10000

"stronger" depends on which ion you want to be stronger in. If you're asking about the [H+] concentration, which essentially is what pH is defined off of, then a pH of 12 equates to an [H+] concentration of 1x10-12M. A pH of 9 makes the [H+] concentration 1x10-9M
