Help Please! A sample of iron was heated to 125.0ºC, then placed into 375g of water at 19.8ºC. The temperature of the water rose to 29.7ºC. How many grams of iron where in the sample?

The fundamental concept is that heat lost = heat gained. Heat is lost by the iron rod and gained by the water. Heat lost by iron = m.s.(Ti-Tf). Heat gained by water is m.s. (Ti-Tf). Can you do this from here? s= specific heat, m = mass.
