OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer is given again . it is \[\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }\sqrt{2}\]

zepdrix (zepdrix):

\[\huge f_{ave}=\frac{1}{b-a}\int\limits_a^b f(x) dx\]

zepdrix (zepdrix):

\[\huge f_{ave}=\frac{1}{2-0}\int\limits_0^2 x^{1/2}dx\]

zepdrix (zepdrix):

This one seems pretty easy :D I think you can do it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hm.. i'll try :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got... \[\frac{ 2^{\frac{ 3 }{ 2 }} }{ 3 }\] ... :(

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Yes good :)

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Make sure you can convert things from rational expressions to roots+powers, otherwise you'll have a tough time identifying when you have the correct answer.
