Well, sort of. It depends since the definition is sort of ambiguous, and the fact that there is no standard. Some people define it as all of the integers (including 0), since as just the non-negative integers (0,1,2,3,...), and some as just the positive integers (1,2,3,4,...)
-5 is an integer, but -5 is not a whole number
