Could you help me solve sin(x)>(2x)/pi
..... what doesn't make sense... what do you want? right now it's just a graph at best
do you want all x ranges where that is true?
x is from the interval (0,pi/2), I need to prove that it holds
well ... do you want an informal proof or a stronger one... just graph it, that's a proof :P / more algebraically is check the endpoints and pi*sin(x) > 2x for that region.
there are two sets of solutions 0<x<pi/2 and x<-pi/2 the only integer solution is 1
as to the proof i would also graph it. but you can do it using the trigonometric formulae
I can't think of any trigonometric transformation, that's my actual problem, could you help?
that is any trigonometric transformation which is actually useful
nope sorry. i don't think there is one.
ok, thanks anyway
