Determine where each of function is continuous. k(x)=√(4-2x) (Use interval notation) I believe it's x=2. I did 4-2x=0 got -2x=-4 then divided by -2 on both sides. got x=2. So I figured it would be discontinuous at x=2 but on either side its infinity. So I was thinking it would be (-infinity, 2]U[2, infinity) but not sure if that is how I would put it in too interval notation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here the case is different you have to choose such value of x such that 4-2x is always poisitive

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So -infinity to 2 would be the interval.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

exactly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(-infi, 2]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is in interval notation correct?
