see on reflection the radius of the circle will not chage
so u need to find the reflected cordnate s of the centre( (-3,2) wrt line x=2

the point  (-3,2) after reflection on x=2 becomes (7,2)
hence the centre of the reflected circle is (7,2) and the radius is 5 units
hence the equation must be
(x-7)^2+(y-2)^2=25
