Does this work: \[f(t)=t^{1/3}, 0 \le t \le \infty\] For a signal to have infinite energy, it is enough that it does not decrease to 0 as t goes to infinity. This signal keeps growing. For a signal to have zero power, its square must fall off faster than 1/t as the definition of power divides by T as T approaches infinity.
