How can a molecule be polar yet have no dipole moment?

OpenStudy (abb0t):

Dipole moment is a vector quantity. So, in symmetrical molecules, with polar bonds, dipole moment is zero because the dipole moments due to individual bonds when added vectorially, cancel each other.
