Just take derivative two times. \[\Large a(t) = \dfrac{d^2}{dt^2} t^6 - 5t^5= \dfrac{d}{dt}\dfrac{d}{dt} t^6 - 5t^5 = \dfrac{d}{dt} 6t^5 - 25t^4 = \boxed{30t^4 - 100t^3}\]
