Suppose an observer O determines that two events are separated by 600 m and occur \[8\times 10^{-7} s\] How fast an observer O′ should travel relative to O so that these two events are simultaneous according to O′ ?
Consider to points one frame, and set the differences of their time and space coordinates to be constants, as given. Now apply the Lorentz transformation to the time coordinates, and subtract one from the other. What would need to be the case so that this value is zero?
