I am not sure how to solve it as I don't have a way to figure out the angle that between A and B

you can easily find the angle.. using trig.. !! you have the opposite side and the adjancent side!

but the triangle is not closed tho. I dont see how I can complete it :S

consider the moments of forces about pt a i.e the center of the wheel.then divide the resultant force by 2 to find how much force acts on each handle|dw:1362935448850:dw|
