For the first derivative, you will be using the product rule. Since you have two functions being multiplied \[f \frac{ d }{ dx }g+g \frac{ d }{ dx } f\]

Also note, that the derivative of a constant is just zero. So the 3 becomes zero. For the second derivative, you will be doing product rule again.
