integrate 1/2 sin ( π.x^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You arn't going to get anywhere with that. No closed form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is full question : evaluate lim S(x)/x^3 if S(x)= integrate 0 from x ( sin (pi.t^2) dt ,,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah I see. If x is headed zero, you have an indererminate form of 0/0. Use L'Hopital's rule Fundemental theorem of calculus will help with the numerator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ermmm,, how do i integrate the numerator ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You don't integrate. As by Lhopital's rule you need to differentiate. Read up on Lhopital if you don't remember You will end up with something of form. \[\frac{d}{dx}\int_{a}^{x}f(t)dt\] In the numerator. This can be evaluated using the fundimental theorem of calculus (usually called the first one)

ohh thank u very much for ur help :D kinda help me much in solving my question
