if you think about the three methods of heat transfer, you have conduction, convection, and radiation.

the actual answer here is B. The flame is certainly hot enough to ignite the match, the match head reflects some radiation, but not all of it, and the bunsen flame does radiate, just not enough to make the match head catch fire. By process of elimination, we have B.
