how to do this? molarity of solution 24 mmol --------- L

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

what are you trying to do exactly ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess i missed that big part

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have to convert this into the concentration mol/L

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry

OpenStudy (rcsilva1973):

is a concentration of bromide?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

O2

OpenStudy (rcsilva1973):

divide by 1000

OpenStudy (rcsilva1973):

you want to convert to mmol/L to mol/L correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

emm ya

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

the little \(\text m\) at the start of \(\text{mmol}\) just means \(10^{-3}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so what with O2 do i do something with the unit of (O = 16) i think

OpenStudy (rcsilva1973):

If you have a known concentration conversion is just a different way to see if you need to use to calculate the mass and amount of ions present in the formula.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my question would be about the amu do i have to do anything with it?
