I'm not sure but it could be D, Ionic compounds do not exist as individual molecules; a formula unit thus indicates the lowest reduced ratio of ions in the compound.

@.Sam. is correct. the term "formula unit" usually refers to a single copy of an ionic compound. the word "molecule" is reserved for covalent compounds. Only one of those options is ionic, MgBr2
