first simplify everything under the radical \[\sqrt{\frac{ 49a ^{5} }{ 4a ^{3} }}=\sqrt{\frac{ 49a ^{2} }{ 4 }}\]

now what's the square root of 49, a^2, and 4?

49^2=7a and 4=2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

great! so now you have \[11(\frac{ 7a }{ 2 })\] just multiply and that's as simplified as you are going to get

Si it should be 77a/2
