Just substitute these values:
\[\sin ^{2}60=(\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2})^{2}\]
\[\tan ^{2}30=(\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}})^{2}\]
\[\sin 45=\cos 45=\frac{ \sqrt{2}}{2}\]
