Vapor Pressure question??? Can someone help me figure this out please? If the rate of evaporation is equal to the rate of condensation, the system is in a state of dynamic equilibrium, which cannot be disturbed. True or False? I know that dynamic equilibrium is when the rate of evaporation equals the rate of condensation, but it's the "which cannot be disturbed" part that is confusing me. Wouldn't that make the statement false because temperature change can take the liquid out of dynamic equilibrium right? What do you guys think? Thank you for anyone who can help :)

if one part of the question makes it false, the whole thing must be false.
