PLEASE HELP! can someone help me put x=3y and x=y^2+6y into a y-intercept form so I could figure our the intercept of the two equation on my graph

x=3y Divide by 3 on both sides. 1/3x=y Flip if you want to y=1/3x
I don't know about the other one though.
yes that where I am stuck on.
try to have perfect square by add 9 in both sides, you have x + 9 = y^2 +6y +9 = (y+3)^2 . then take square root both side, you have y + 3 = sqrt ( x+9) then subtract both sides by 3 you have y = sqrt ( x +9) -3 that's the form you need
