now lets say we have (x+n)^3 if we expanded it we would get a x^3+b x^2 n +c x n^2 +d n^3 where the values of a, b, c, d correspond to the numbers on the 4th row so a =1, b=3, c=3, and d =1
another example (x+n)^5 expanded, it would look like \[ax^5 +bx^4 n +cx^3 n^2 +dx^2n^3+ exn^4+fn^5\] where the values of a,b,c,d,e,and f, correspond to the values on the 6th row so a= 1 b=5 c=10 d=10, e=5, f=1
so in your case, (x+3)^6 expand it, and use the values on row 7 FYI- "n" from the examples is just a variable and can be any number you want it to be in your case, n =3
