The pH of a 50,000L pool is 9.5 and it needs to be lowered to 7.5. Would adding 5.4kg of sodium hydrogen carbonate [NaHSO4] be correct? [I got given some hints --> to find the number of moles, the concentration, use the pH formula {H+ = 10^-pH}, then to use the Henderson–Hasselbalch equation to find pka]
