i agree with @zarmeenj because pH level of 7 means that it is neutral. aka water is at a pH level of 7. below 7 is acidic. above is basic. so ur last two choices are out! and like @zarmeenj said, equal amounts would neutralize each other, so "The solution has equal amounts of hydronium ions and hydroxide ions." is ur answer :)
