You conduct a series of electrochemical reactions in which various metals get deposited onto another: aluminum onto nickel, copper onto tin, nickel onto copper, and gold onto nickel. The copper-onto-tin and gold-onto-nickel reactions need electricity. Which metal has the highest activity? A. nickel B. copper C. tin D. aluminum ***my answer: D but I'm not very sure... what do u think @aaronq :) hehe last one!! yay!! :)
highest activity = most easily oxidized so gold is the least "oxidizable" (most inert), anything that deposits onto the other is higher in the series like "aluminum onto nickel" unless it requires an electricity input
can you make sense of this?
yes a bit :)
you're answer is right, i just wanna know that you're not guessing haha
your*
haha yeah :) yayy! :) thank you! thats the last one! :) thanks a bunch! :D
