theres 36 of them pairs ..... just cross A with A
got no idea what a 0-1 matrix is tho
If I could get the ordered pairs I can do the matrix that is not hard. Binary basically
spose you have 2 sets: P = p1,p2,p3 Q = q1,q2,q3,q4 PxQ are the ordered pairs (p,q) of all the possible p,q combinations
