If a high enough quanity of BaSO4 (s) is placed into an aqueous environment, what is the [Ba2+] at equilibrium? BaSO4(s) <--> Ba2+(aq) + SO42-(aq); Kc= 1 x 10^-10 Not really sure how to even start this!

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

see its all is based on Kc value = 1*10-10 is very small quantity mean at equilibrium the concentration of reactant is very high compared to the product mean even higher quantity of BaSO4 u add the still it wont get convert to product bcoz of too lower value of KC
