Hm that's not an animation. But i can tell blue represents oxygen poor blood and red represents oxygen rich blood

the overall process of the CV system in amphibians is explained in the image i attached. Blood goes from the left atria, to the systemic capillaries. then it goes from the systemic capillaries to the right atria, then goes to the pulmocutaneous circuit. Blood is oxygenized in the lungs and goes back to the left atria. Hope this helps \(\Huge\color{#872af0}{☻}\)

In the image from your link, the ventricle is the spot marked with a V. The conus is the area where the oxygenized blood and the oxygen poor blood is divided between the aorta (red) and the pulmonary veins (blue). This is done by this ridge in the ventricle i told you about yesterday :D

I can get all that from just an image :D Just follow the arrows in the image and you'll see the path of the blood.
